This article lists all updates and new features for the following applications:

All documentation at your fingertips: From now on, via the following button in the top right corner, you can find all documentation on Ishtar365 and all other applications.

New app menu on mobile devices: When you open Ishtar365 with your smartphone, from now on you will see a modified menu compared to your PC. This menu makes navigation on your smartphone a bit more user-friendly. Unlike on your PC, all Ishtar applications (for which you have a licence) are displayed here. Selecting an application opens it and automatically closes the menu. You can recognise all open applications by the grey background colour. Clicking on the cross next to an open application will close it.
Various adjustments for smaller problems and optimisations.

Search by file type: Are you looking for a certain pdf or word file? In the filter menu it is now possible to easily search by file type.
Changing multi select options in bulk:
Previously, when changing metadata of multiple files simultaneously (in bulk), the previously selected value(s) were completely replaced for metadata with multiple selection options. From now on, you have the option to choose what to do via a checkbox (per parameter with multiple options). Do you want to replace (by default) or expand the existing selection? If you uncheck the checkbox, any options you select will be added to the existing saved choices, without having to select all existing and new options.
Select-all function for metadata choices (library configuration):Previously, each option had to be checked or unchecked manually to determine whether or not the option was selectable in a library. From now on, this configuration will be slightly faster thanks to the ability to check or uncheck everything. At least 1 option must be compulsorily selected.

Adjustments and improvements:

Outlook synchronisation: All shifts where someone is on duty are now also automatically synchronised with your individual calendar. Synchronised calendars are automatically updated daily and specific to each employee after each adjustment. In outlook, you can make the calendar "Ishtar.Shifts" visible in the overview.
Automatic shift requests: If you wish to request leave for one or more days in which you are on duty, a change is automatically requested for each shift in the desired period.
