This article lists all updates and new features for the following applications:
Ishtar.DMS
New features:
- View switcher: From now on, you can easily switch between a view with all tiles 
and a view with documents 
. If you are on the homepage and navigate to a library via a tile, the view automatically switches to the documents view. Using the view switcher, you can easily return to the homepage via the next button. If you are on the homepage and are looking for a specific document, but cannot find it among various tiles, click the documents button . This will display all the documents in Ishtar.DMS.
- Add metadata options 'on the go': Do you see that an option is still missing? Then add your own metadata option to the list such as 'Template' under the metadata parameter 'Type Document'. Enter the desired value in the search field. If this value already exists, it will be displayed in the dropdown. If not, you can add it via the '+' button, after which the corresponding pop-up will be displayed. If it is a parameter where translations apply, an input field is also displayed for each language. Once finished, you can add the new option by clicking the 'Save' button. The new option is automatically populated where you started adding it.
This functionality to add options is only available to users with at least upload rights.
The option you wish to add may already exist, but you may not be able to select it yourself due to set permissions on certain metadata selections.
Solutions and improvements:
-Breadcrumbs: The breadcrumbs, which show which screen you are on and allow you to easily return to a previous step, have been added again.
- Pin and move preview: The preview + metadata overview that appears after selecting a document is no longer displayed on top of the document overview. From now on, the document overview and the preview overview are displayed side by side. If desired, you can move it to the right or left side and pin it.
- Various solutions for smaller problems and optimisations.
Ishtar.Resource
Nieuwe features:
Change display: Until now, you could find all tasks at project level and track who is assigned to which task. From now on, you can customise the view so that you can also see the planning per employee or machine.
