Do you only see a white screen after opening an Ishtar application?
This is common when using Safari on Apple devices. The latest browser versions like Safari include new privacy features, including a more aggressive approach to prevent cross-site tracking.
All our Ishtar applications are displayed in iFrames in Ishtar365. What is an iFrame? It allows developers to embed content from another web page into the main page.
However, due to the cross-site tracking functionality enabled by default, Ishtar applications within Ishtar.365 cannot be displayed.
To disable this preventive cross-site tracking, follow these steps:
Safari (iPhone & iPad):
- Go to Settings > "Safari".
- Under "Privacy & security": disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" option.
Safari (Mac):
- Go to Safari > "Preferences"
- Click Privacy and deselect "Prevent cross-site tracking".
Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge (iPhone & iPad):
- Go to Settings > "Chrome" or "Edge".
- Select the option "Allow cross-site tracking".
Samsung android browser:

- Open the menu in the top right corner and click on "Settings".
- "Privacy and security" or "Privacy dashboard" > "Smart anti-tracking"
